1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Shittable, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What Shittable Does

Shittable is a community-driven mobile app for discovering, reviewing, and rating comfort rooms (CRs) and public restrooms. Users can:

• Search for nearby CRs by location, category (malls, gas stations, restaurants, hospitals, schools, offices, public toilets), and amenities
• Rate CRs on a 1-5 scale for cleanliness, and report crowd levels
• Upload photos of CRs for other users to see
• Submit new CR locations to help the community
• Vote on reviews (upvote/downvote) to surface helpful feedback
• Report issues like out-of-order facilities, no water, safety hazards, or closures
• Earn badges for contributions to the community

3. User Accounts

You may use Shittable as a guest or create an account with your email. Guest users can browse and submit content but may upgrade to a full account at any time from their profile. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, photos, CR locations, or reports, you grant Shittable a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the app. You retain ownership of your content. All content must be honest, relevant to comfort rooms, and must not be offensive or misleading.

5. Photo Policy & AI Verification

Photos uploaded to Shittable must be of actual comfort rooms, restrooms, or related facilities (toilets, sinks, urinals, signage, amenities). Our AI-powered verification system automatically checks each photo. Photos that are unrelated (selfies, food, animals, landscapes), blurry, or inappropriate will be rejected. Repeated violations may result in account restrictions.

6. Content Moderation

Reviews and CR submissions are verified by our AI moderation system to ensure they are relevant and legitimate. We also enforce daily submission limits (5 reviews and 5 CR submissions per day) to maintain content quality. Users can report inappropriate content for manual review.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or spam reviews
• Upload photos that are not of comfort rooms
• Submit fake or gibberish CR locations
• Manipulate ratings or votes
• Harass other users or post offensive content
• Circumvent rate limits or AI verification
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

8. CR Information Accuracy

CR details such as amenities (bidet, tissue, soap, aircon, PWD accessibility, changing table, mirror, hand dryer), ratings, crowd levels, and operating status are submitted by users and may not always be current. Always exercise your own judgment when using public facilities. Shittable does not guarantee the accuracy of any user-submitted information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shittable is provided "as is" without warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is free to use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Shittable after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
